1) Fabric R&D Specialist & Sourcing Manager

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

· Drive company’s fabric RND team with ownership mind

· Direct communication with customer’s RND team for all new fabric developments.

·  Analyze customer’s development requests, then communicate detail to fabric vendors and source fabric quality according to customer’s standard. 

·  Participate in seasonal mill week event with design team and help collect fabric varieties from vendors

·  Able to negotiate best possible prices on all new fabric developments.

·  Maintain fabric development system up to date (company’s internal MPS system)

·  Know how to alter fabric construction and content to lower the cost and/or alter to meet customer’s target price point

·  On time submittals to buyers

·  Send standards to vendors in timely manner

Qualifications:

·  Associate or higher degree in textile development or equivalent study prefer

·  5+ years of Apparel fabric research and development

·  understanding of the fabric development process

·  Capable of using Microsoft software like Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook email

·  Ability to read, write, and speak English

·  Understand knit fabrics.   

·  Understanding of woven is plus, but not require

·  Excellent time management skill

·  Bilingual (English and Korean) is plus, but not require​

2) Garment PreProduction & Sourcing Associate

 Essential Duties and Responsibilities

·  Daily communication with Customers and production offices in different countries

·  Maintain WIP reports and ready to share with internal departments when needed

·  Take ownership of your client accounts and maintain positive relationship

·  Manage up to date customers POs using internal system or charts

·  Attend weekly meeting via zoom and phone calls

·  Follow up production status with field office in different countries

·  Prepare to submit time sensitive and important production submittals if required

·  Collect in progress data and share with senior management

·  Monitor communication between production team and clients, then step in as necessary to resolve any production issues

·  Have complete visibility of the orders through delivery.

·  Create multi charts to maintain data related to client orders and ready to take charge when issues arrive

·  Negotiate chargebacks and discount

Qualifications:

·  Min AA degree required

·  Min 3+ years of experience in garment/production industry and customer service

·  Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and power-point

·  Work experience related in sales plus

·  knowledge of apparel manufacturing is plus but not required

·  Proficiency with numbers and able to handle large amounts of data

·  Must be detail oriented

·  Min travel (domestic) needed, but not required

·  Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

·  Korean language is plus, but not required

3) Software Developer

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

·  Development & maintain company systems

·  Collaborate system development with branch companies

·  Networking & Server (Windows, Hypervisor) management

·  Technical support

Requirements and Desired Experience

·  Bachelor’s Degree in computer science and technology, or the like 5+ years of .Net programming experience

·  Strong knowledge in the .NET Core, .NET framework , VB.Net, C#, REST, MVC and Web Services.

·  High proficiency in database technologies: MSSQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL,  Stored Procedures & DB tuning

·  Familiar with Visual studio, Git , Google WorkSpace

·  Knowledge with Server OS(Windows) and Infra(Hyper-V, ESXi)

Preferred

·  Korean : Bilingual

·  Experience with garment manufacture industry

·  Understanding of networking concepts and protocols

·  Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

·  Knowledge of cloud-based architectures

·  Knowledge of Linux plus
