1) Freight Forwarding Operations Coordinator  경력직 우대

    ● Track, trace and update the status of the shipments on a daily basis and follow up inquiries responsibly

    ● 2+ years of experience in domestic and international import/export operations

    ● Understanding of the supply chain, including common obstacles and effective solutions

    ● Ability to keep a level head and outstanding problem-solving 

    ● Accurate with numbers and calculations and proficient with spreadsheets

    ● Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)

    ● Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred 


2) Purchasing Order Processing Coordinator 

    ● Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in office procurement job

    ● Create Purchase Orders for Suppliers and communicate with vendors daily

    ● Enter new orders into the system and follow up with production status

    ● Route orders thru internal portals and coordinate shipping with logistics department

    ● Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)

    ● Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred 

3) Customer Service Representative

    ● Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service 

    ● Post order support including scheduling a delivery or tracking an order for shipments within the US.

    ● Address issues with customer's order details and vendor's shipping schedule.

    ● Requires daily interaction with Manufacturers, Vendors, and 3PL Shipping Partners.

4) Accounting 경력직 우대

    ● Accounts Payable/Receivable and revenue account 

    ● Bank Reconciliation and Payroll Processing

    ● Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills

    ● Working independently with minimal supervision and guidance

    ● Flexibility in adapting to changes in company needs and projects

    ● Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, etc.)

    ● High attention to detail and accuracy

    ● Maintaining our filing system and documents accurately
