안녕하세요,
시민권 배우자 영주권 작년 12월 7일 지문 찍고 work permit 받기 전입니다. 4년 동안은 H1b 비자로 일
해왔습다. 올해 1월 초 EDD에 baby bonding(12월 2020년 출산)을 신청 pending 중에 1월 중순 고용주로 부터 laid off 노티스 받았습니다. (Slow business 이유)
edd에 baby bonding을 먼저 신청하고 12주 후 UI를 신청해도 되는지요?
아니면 현재 팬딩 중인 bonding 과 UI를 그대로 두는게 나은지요?
