안녕하세요
저의 어머니 10년 영주권 이 올해 8월에 만료 되어 Renewal 신청서를 5월에 제출 하였습니다.
현재 이민국 사이트에 접속해서 확인 해 보면 아래과 같은 상태 입니다

어머니께서 급히 해외나 나갔다 오셔야 될거 같아서 조급해 하시는데요 혹시 이런 상태일때 그냥 이민국에서 답변 오기까지 기다리는 방법 밖에 없는지요?
아니면 이민국에 문의 하거나 급히 처리 요청을 할수 있는 부서가 있을가요?
또한 이민국에 찾아가서 1년 연기 스티커를 미리 받을 수 있는 방법이 없는지도 궁금합니다.
