제가 EDD신청한후, certify for benefits form을 처음 신청한후에 받은것부터 6월7일껏까지 다 작성하여 EDD에 보냈었는데, 몇일전에 제 이메일로 아래내용이 EDD에서 왔습니다. 정확히 이게 어떤 내용인지, 그리고 어떻게 해야하는지 알려주시면 정말 감사하겠습니다!
Subject: NOTICE OF REQUIRED RETROACTIVE CERTIFICATION
You are receiving this notice because you need to retroactively certify for unemployment benefits you received. Employment Development Department (EDD) records show that you have benefit weeks that were automatically processed for claim dates during the weeks ending February 8 - May 9, 2020. This was an emergency effort to help process a historically high number of unemployment claims.
Now, you must certify for the benefit weeks that were paid. You must submit this certification, known as retroactive certification, by October 5, 2020. If you do not submit your retroactive certification, we will make an eligibility determination based on information available, which may impact your benefit payments.
