1. dispatch (entry level)
Key responsibilities:
- Assign drivers to deliveries and pickups based on priority and availability, ensuring that all routes are optimized for efficiency.
- Track the status of drivers and shipments throughout the day, addressing any delays or route deviations promptly.
- Serve as the point of contact for drivers, providing them with detailed information about their routes and addressing any concerns.
- Utilize dispatch software to track deliveries, and maintain records of driver activities.
- Quickly respond to unforeseen events such as delays, traffic, or breakdowns, and adjust schedules or routes to ensure timely deliveries.
2. customer coordinator (entry level)
Key responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing their questions, concerns, and service needs via phone or email.
- Process customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely entry into the system, and coordinate with dispatchers to ensure on-time delivery.
- Provide customers with regular updates on the status of their orders and proactively notify them of any delays or changes in delivery schedules.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns, resolving issues efficiently and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Continuously strive to exceed customer expectations, delivering exceptional service and fostering strong relationships with key clients.
Qualifications for both positions:
High School Diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or a related field is a plus).
Experience in logistics or transportation is preferred.
Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
Ability to resolve conflicts and handle challenging situations with professionalism.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Starting 42,000 (base)- 46,000, 3 months probation
