We are seeking all different division professional to join our team! You will resolve customer questions and offer solutions to drive company revenue.

 

Office Administration 

 

 Responsibilities:

    • Main person responsible for handling telephones (others will assist if required)

    • Set-up and maintain /organize all administration files

    • Provide full administrative support (calendar, travel, expense reports, filter emails, follow up on calls, other tasks as assigned)

    • Assist managing status reports, schedules, timely updates and multi-task in a fast paced environment

    • Assist with gathering and reviewing requested industry information, providing summaries of information/documentation 

         as well as development and coordination of presentations.

    • Support additional projects as assigned 

    • Generate and administer documents based on given frameworks 

    • Quote and schedule shipping

 

Qualifications:

    • BS/BA Degree in related field or equivalent experience

    • Able to Multi-task and organize and cooperative with others and time management skills

    • Fluency in English and Korean

    • Experience with QuickBooks is preferred 

    • Must be eligible to work in the U.S.

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    • Computer skills including G-Suite, Excel & World, PPT and other skills are plus

 

Customer Service / Sales Support

Great opportunity for the individual who has experience in customer service preferably in the lighting industry or high energy manufacturing. Looking for a critical thinker who enjoys helping people and is looking for an opportunity to succeed in their profession.

 

Responsibilities:

    • Order Management, ensuring all information is accurate to ensure perfect order delivery

    • Responsible for building relationships with our external Customers and partnering with internal customers to ensure 

         customer satisfaction

    • Resolve customer inquiries and communication order procedure 

    • Assist with AR/AP and prepare monthly & weekly accounts report

 

Qualifications:

    • Ability to multitask, High degree of accuracy and attention to detail, be organized, resolves problems in a timely manner, 

         active listening skills, build relationships with internal and external customers

    • BS/BA in related filed or equivalent experience

    • Computer skills including: G-Suite, Excel & Word, PPT

    • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in bookkeeping with AR/AP 

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    • Solid Software knowledge: Quickbooks

 

 

Graphic Designer / Web Designer 

 

Responsibilities:

    • Design advertising and marketing collateral, including print materials and digital assets (social, packaging, advertising)

    • Create marketing materials by hand or by using technology, including computer software programs. Adobe's Creative 

         Suite—including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and more—is the standard in the industry and most employers 

         expect designers to be proficient with its programs

    • Create on-brand messaging in customer facing campaigns and assets

    • Be involved in key creative and design decisions

 

Requirements and Experience:

    • BS/BA Degree in related field or equivalent experience

    • Skilled in photo retouching/manipulation

    • Product/Model Photography experience

    • Solid understanding of best practices for web and print asset production

    • Expertise in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Word Press

    • Exceptionally well-organized with strong attention to details

    • Adobe Illustrator: Required

    • Product/Model Photography: Preferred

    • Adobe Photoshop: Required

    • Video Editing: Preferred
