POSITION 1.  FREIGHT FORWARDING - IMPORT & EXPORT SPECIALIST

JOB DESCRIPTION
Speedline Systems, Inc. is seeking for an experienced import/export specialist with minimum 3 years experience in ocean & air import /export, dealing with steamship lines, airlines, customs brokers, trucking company and all related documentation.

Communicate with co-workers, management, clients and others in a courteous and professional manner

  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
  • 3+ years of Freight Forwarding experience required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment
  • Fluent in English. (Bilingual in Korean or Chinese is a plus)
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Punctual, Detail oriented, professionalism is a must

REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor’s Degree with relevant course work
  • Over 5 years of related experience (Logistics, NVOCC & Customs Broker) preferred
  • Ability to multi-task and work within deadlines required
  • Detail oriented, strong accuracy
  • Strong analytical and strategic skills
  • Excellent organization and communication skills
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Ability to work in groups
  • Strong MS office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) knowledge
  • Quick Books experience preferred
  • Ability to self-manage required
  • Bilingual preferred (English & Korean)
  • English: Professional Level
  • Korean: Intermediate Level

POSITION 2.  CUSTOMS BROKERAGE – CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

JOB DESCRIPTION
Speedline Systems, Inc. is seeking for an experienced customer service representative with minimum 3 years experience in customhouse broker. Must be punctual and responsible to timely complete assigned tasks and manage local operations and employees. Able to learn quickly, retain concepts, review/audit own files, and manage independently.

Communicate with co-workers, management, clients and others in a courteous and professional manner

  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
  • 3+ years of Customs Brokerage experience required

POSITION 3.  ADMINISTRATION TEAM

JOB DESCRIPTION
Calko Transport Company, Inc. is seeking the passionate Administration Team member who is assisting Safety Manager and General Manager. Administration Team member develops, establishes, and oversees a safe, accident free and healthy working environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant federal, state, local and company policies, procedures and regulations regarding the 
     safe operation of the fleet
  • Ensuring that safety inspections are properly scheduled, carried out, monitored, acted upon and documented
  • Preparing reports documenting safety and training performance as required by client and company procedures
  • Supervising “on-the-road” safety efforts
  • Acting as a representative at external safety meetings and committees
  • Reviewing and analyzing data relating to accidents, injuries, and illnesses
  • Administering the company’s safety program
  • Any other assigned job from Safety Manager

REQUIREMENTS
  • BA degree & minimum 2 years of work experience or 3 year of directly related experience preferred
  • Data entry (accurate understanding of entries and typing skills) and excellent computer skills (Microsoft office programs; excel, 
     word, outlook, power point, etc.)
  • English fluency and literacy
  • Efficient communication skills
  • See issues and find solutions and troubleshooting
  • Strong sense of urgent issues, trouble shooting and problem solving
  • Time management in tight timeline
  • Ability to handle multi-task in daily basis and good work performance 
  • Strong planning and organization skills 
  • Punctuality and Responsibility of work  
  • Must have a good work ethic and be reliable
  • Must be team player
  • Bilingual preferred (English & Korean/Spanish)
