Customer Service Representative

Role:

Responsible for all phases of Customer Service to resolve incoming customer inquiries via phone and email.

This role will work closely with the development and production team and help to ensure that customers have an excellent experience with our web and mobile products. 

This role also effectively automates the process of identifying/responding user concerns for deployed services and makes suggestions to improve overall user experience.

 

Responsibilities:

   ​  Demonstrate proactive & effective communication with cross functional teams  

   ​  Automate user inquiry and response process 

   ​  Understand user trends for service and generate reports 

   ​  Help to develop and implement a customer service policy for the organization  

   ​  ​Finding ways to measure customer satisfaction and improve services  Investigate and solve customers’ problem, which may 

       be complex or long-standing problems that have been passed by CSR 

   ​  Manage accurate records of correspondence with customers  

   ​  Analyze statistic data to determine the level of customer service our organization is providing 

   ​  Manage large amounts of incoming calls 

   ​  Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction  

   ​  Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication 

   ​  Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools 

   ​  Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas 

   ​  Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution

   ​  Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents  

   ​  Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies 

   ​  Other duties as assigned

 

Requirements:

   ​  Experience with video streaming technology

   ​  Proven customer service experience

   ​  Strong communication skills to build relations and work across teams

   ​  Analytical skill-set

   ​  Must be fluent in both English and Korean

Role:

Plan and execute a content strategy that drives high engagement.

 

Responsibilities:

   ​  Plan and execute content strategies that will drive high engagement

     Serve as editor-in-chief for all content to ensure quality, clarity and consistency

     Manage and ensure all content titles licenses are complying with the company’s legal standard

     Project estimated contents views/view hours/popularity and etc based on the data

     Co-operate with Engineering/Product departments

     Maintain a good communication channel with content providers 

     Manage the day-to-day content team operation and member

     Manage the content’s team data base i.e. drama schedule, upcoming content schedule

     Collect, monitor, and analyze data metrics and make improvements accordingly

     Lead new project for content team

     Stay updated on industry trends and adjust the content strategy as needed

 

Requirements:

     Bachelor’s degree in relevant subject is preferred

     Experience in any platform service

     Understanding of content operation

     Strong communication skills to build relations and work across teams

     Basic knowledge of media formats and encoding technologies

     Hands-on experience with high availability, scalable software and services
