PATCHWORKS is looking for a new e-Commerce Specialist, who is seeking to work for a fast growing, e-Commerce based company.

Job Description and Responsibilities: 

  •  Manage the sourcing and maintenance of accurate, approved, and up-to-date product content 

      (including product listing, specifications, imagery, copy, pricing and marketing content) by proofing and auditing, assisting in 

       the optimization of content, and the quality and integrity of images and videos. 

  •  Engage in continual monitoring of the e-Commerce platform for issues such as bugs, broken images, load speed, 

       outdated information (products and price errors, etc). 

  •  Track industry and competitive best practices, examine performance, spot opportunities, identify threats, look for novel 

       solutions, and develop creative action plans within the e-commerce business. 

  •  Manage third party logistics, fulfillment and customer service partners in relation to e-commerce. (3PL) 

  •  Provide product management, category management, quality assurance, marketing, finance, and other internal business teams 

       with ongoing reporting and analysis of key metrics related to the performance of all platforms. Provide ad-hoc reporting 

       as needed. 

  •  Leverage hands-on experience to triage and escalate issues as appropriate. 

  •  Develop a good understanding of e-commerce systems, platforms, and architecture in order to communicate technical issues 

       in non-technical terms. 

  •  Communicate effectively across the organization and external partners to prioritize, mitigate, resolve, and report on issues 

       and causes. 

  •  Collaborate with merchandising and product team to prepare, forecast new/old products to meet deadlines across 

       all corresponding e-commerce platforms. 

  •  Coordinate with managers of different areas of the organization, presenting findings to stakeholders and higher management. 

  •  Managing/supervising team members, training new employees and tracking/measuring staff performance. 

 

Skill and Knowledge Qualifications:   

  •  Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience 

  •  1+ years’ experience in e-Commerce marketplace platforms.  (Amazon/eBay/Shopify/etc) 

  •  Experience in both B2B and B2C business models. 

  •  Detail oriented, organized with excellent communication and problem solving skills 

  •  Bilingual in English and Korean preferred 

  •  Self-confident, strong work ethic, result driven, self-motivated, able to work independently. 

  •  Positive, Persistent, Hands on, energetic, organized, and team player. 

  •  Holds at least U.S. legal resident (U.S. permanent resident) or U.S. citizen) 

  •  Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and Microsoft outlook. 

 

Salary: Discussed Upon Interview (Based Upon Experience) 

 

Job Type: Full-time (9:30AM-6:30PM and 1hour lunch break)
