이전메일에 소송에 관해 승산이 없을꺼라고 하셨는데 제가 6월 중순쯤 제 비지니스 서류 관련해서 문의 너었더니 6월 29일날 답변이 이렇게 왔답니다.
We submitted your documents and are waiting for the County to review, approve and send the filed documents back to us. Your formation documents were submitted to the County on 06/12. Be aware—filing times vary from state to state and can fluctuate based on the time of year. As soon as we receive the officially filed copies, we'll be able to complete your order. The processing time is 12 business days which does not include the 7-20 business day LegalZoom processing time.

메일에서 명백히 process time을 기재 하였고 모든 날짜를 다 계산해도 7월 말 전에는 반드시 나왔어야 했는데.......그러지 않았으니 이것도 일종에 non-compliance 에 해당하는거 아닌가요?
