Rental Agreement
This agreement shall evidence the complete terms and conditions under which the parties whose signatures below have Landlord, Alyami Salem, shall be referred to and tenant( ),, shall be referred to as "resident." The resident rents one single ​room from the address:
 1. Terms: resident agrees to pay $750 per month (cash, check, or electronic tran in full on the the of each month. This agreement shall commence on Aug, 2018 to Sep , 2018. Should resident move from the premise prior to the expiration of this period, security deposit will not be returned to the resident if there is issue. Payments: for this rental agreement to begin, the resident will pay 1st month's rent of $750 plus security deposit of $1500; total of $2250 a As of Aug, 2018, For this lease to begin, the resident shall pay owner the following monies on or before June 2018 $1500 covering period of Aug 18, 2018 to the end of the month. 3. Late payments: resident must leave the premise if the resident is more than 3 days late on rent 4. Utilities: owner will provide the following: electricity, gas water, wifi, trash. Resident shall not waste all said utilities; otherwise, al utilities charges will be charged among all people living in the property. 5. occupants: resident agrees that he/she will be the sole occupant and no overnight guest is allowed 6. Safety: resident shall lock all doors entering to his or her own room as well as all doors entering to the owner will not be responsible for any items lost that belong to the resident, property. rules: resident shall comply with all house rules Resident shall be responsible for keeping bedroom, bathroom and common areas clean 8. others: Resident paid the rent in full. 9. days. property and his or her own room and shared bathroom in Security deposit: resident shall keep the have the right to deduct from same condition as it is at the start of this rental agreement. owner shall security deposit for cleaning costs, unpaid rent, cost of repair of damages to premise and common areas above ordinary wear and tear, and any other amount legally allowable under the terms of this agreement. If amount of deposit does not cover such costs and damages, the resident shall immediately pay said cost for damages to the owner no later than 7 calendar da additional security deposit will not count rent in any given month Date.


안녕하세요 위는 이전에 계약했던 집 계약서입니다. 룸메이트와 함께 입주하려고 했으나 사정상 계약을 취소했었는데요. 계약을 취소할 당시 아파트 키를 받기 전이었습니다. 룸메이트와 저는 각각 인당 $1500불의 디파짓을 냈었습니다. 제가 계약을 해지한 경우긴 합니다만 월세를 지불하기 전이었고 키도 받지 않은 상태에서 계약을 취소했는데 디파짓을 돌려받을 수는 없는건가요?

    계약서를 다 읽기에는 상황상 어렵습니다. 이사를 하셨던 안 하셨던 일단 계약서에 싸인을 하셨고 상대가 계약 위반을 한것이 아니라면, 계약은 성립이 된것으로 보셔야 하고 거기에 따는 의무가 있는것입니다.

    디파짓 뿐 아니라 남은 기간을 책임을 지라고 할수다고 봅니다
