콘도 렌트 이사들어가면서., 거실과 주방의 전구들이 모두 노란색 어두워 생활하기에 눈이 침침하고 머리도 아파 밝은 day-light bulbs로 교체를 했습니다. 근데, HOA에서 다른 집들은 노란색인데 저희만 형광등색이라며 태클 걸고 있습니다.
아래 규정을 아무리 봐도. 전구 색깔 바꾸는거에 대한 내용은 없고, 저희집만 light색이 밝다 어둡다라는 기준도 주관적인게 아닐런지요?
즉, 실내 전구색을 어떤색으로 통일해서 써야하고, 외관상 변경하면 안된다라는 규정도 없는데 말입니다. 그렇게 따지면, 전구색을 완전 어둡게 쓰는 unit한테는 "왜? 너만 어둡게 쓰냐?"라고 태클 걸수도 있는 문제 아닐런지요?
HOA에서 저에게 보여준 아래 규정은 실내 전구교체 규정이 아닌 영구적인 외관 변경인 창문틀 페인트색, 창문 유리 색깔 등과 같이 객관적인 물체/외관의 변경인 듯 한데요?
