안녕하세요.
남편 H1B 로 있다가 다른회사로 Transfer를 진행하였고 비슷한 시기에 제가 영주권진행을 (남편포함) 하였는데, Work permit 까지 나오고 인터뷰만 기다리는 상황입니다.
그런데 H1B Transfer 한 vIsa가 Denied되었다고 오늘 소식을 받았는데,
둘다 Work Permit은 받았지만, H1B Transfer Denied 된것을 다시 repoen 해달라 apeal하는것이 맞는건지...
이상황에서 신분문제는 없는건지 궁금합니다. ㅠㅠㅠㅠ
