변호사님 안녕하세요.
영주권자 아내를 통해서 I-130을 작년 8월말에 신청하였습니다. 신청 당시에는 consular processing(CP)대신 Adjustment of Status(AOS)를 택하였는데 I-130 approve가 나기 전에 한국에 들어가야 할 것 같아서 CP로 전환하길 희망합니다.
이러한 경우 I-824를 filing 해야하는 것으로 알고있는데, 반드시 I-130이 approve난 후에 filing가능한 건가요? 미리 할 수는 없나요?
그리고 혹시 CP로 전환하기 전에 I-130 approve가 난다면 I-765 filing 가능할까요?
