I've been an illegal immigrant for more than 10+years. I came to the United States with traveling visa in 1996 when I was 8 years old. After few years my visa expired, and been illegal immigrant ever since. Now recently I've just got married to my wife who is a citizen of United States. But this is where the problem starts, in 2012 I've made a mistake and was charged with drug possession. Now recently I found out this is a deportable offence. The lawyer that I was speaking to than decided not to take my case. Now I wouldn't mind waiting until some law changes in the future, however in 2 years I have to go back to Korea for the army. The korean MP told me that this was my last extension, and now I have about 1 year and 8months. So is there any chance that I'm still qualified on a path to green card ?
