학교 수업 3월 20일에 complete 했구요
학교에서 하라는대로 서류 다 제출했고
I 765 돈낸것 영수증까지 받았는데요..
오늘 uscis 에서 편지가왔습니다
opt denied 라구요.
'USICS has reviewed the evidence of record and found that the designated school official (DSO) entered the request for OPT employment into the applicant's SEVIS record on 1/24/2012.
however the applicant did not submit this application until 3/20/12, more than 30 days after the SEVIS request was made. Accordingly, the application for employment authorization is denied. There is no appeal to this decision. However, pursuant to 8 CFR 103.5, a motion can be filed on Form I-290 B. Such motion must be accompanied by the proper fee and filed within 30days of this notice. This decision does not preclude the appplicant for reapplying for OPT once she is within 90days of her completion of the course of study'
학교에 전화해보니 이상하다면서..와서 상담하라는데..분명 전 다 서류냈구 학교에서도 서류 다 받았다고 애기하는데. 이럴때 어떻게 해야하나요 오늘이 90일 되는날입니다.
