디파짓 돌려받을수 없나요

안녕하세요
초보이민자 입니다
일년전 인테넷으로 집을구하고  정착서비스 해주시는분께 사례금1500 $드리고
아파트를 일년계약했습니다
문제는 일년계약후 나갈때 사인을 해야된다는 말도 듣지않고
일년이 지나서  집을 빼고  디파짓을 돌려달라고 하니  한달전에 노티스에 사인을 않했다고
못돌려 준다고 합니다
저는 오피스에 가서 이사간다고 말했는데,,, 계약서에 사인 않했다고 ㅠㅠ
너무 화가납니다
정착서비스 해주시는분은 왜제게 이런말도 하지않고
집 학교 은행 가구 등등
학교도 제가가서 인터뷰하고 했는데,,, 정녕 도움을 뭘받았는지 모르겠습니다
정말한달렌트비  돌려 받을방법이 없을까요??

    뽕님: 잴 중요한것은 lease contract 입니다. 일단 계약서를 검토해봐야 답이 나옵니다. 뽕님이나 코스모님이 머라머라해바짜 소용없습니다 계약서에 정확히 어떤내용이 있는지 봐야 답이 나옵니다. 최악의 경우 small claims court 가서 lawsuit file 하셔야 하는데, 시간, 비용등등 해결나는대까지 약 6개월 걸릴겁니다. 원하시면 계약서 email 보내주시면 검토해드리겠습니다. peteryoo247@gmail.com
