메디칼 질문

남자아이가 8살인데 medical 이 끊어 졌다고 연락이 왔어 social office 방문해서 socil worker 을 보고 왔는데.
증빙 서류을 달라고 하는데, 와이프 영주권이 없는데, 영주권 카피 하고 아이 birth certificate 을 달라고 하더라고요.

저희는 불체 이지만, 세금보고을 꾸준히 해 왔습니다.
아이 메디칼을 신청을 하는데 부모의 legal status 을 물어봐서 당황을 했습니다.
저희둘다 불체인데... 세금 보고 서류만 메일로 보내야 하는지, 아니면 다른 social office 쪽으로 직접 방문을 해서 신청을 해야 하는지... ㅠㅠ

저희가 본 분이 이리 말씀을 해주셨으면, 다른 location 을 가도 똑같이 위와 같이 증빙 서류을 요구을 하나요?
