AJ Trading is hiring someone to join our office staff!!



Qualification & Requirements
- Prior office/customer service experience preferred
- Excellent oral & written communication skills
- Must be fluent in English 
- Ability to effectively use computer software (Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Quickbooks)
- Highly motivated and responsible
- Highly organized and extremely detail oriented
- Eligible to work in US



Responsibilities / Duties
- Provide friendly and quality service to customers via phone and e-mail
- Provide support and assistance to management and sales reps as needed
- Accurate processing and checking of orders
- Monitoring all payments and review of shipping status
- Organize related paper work on daily basis
- Provide help with inventory management
- Perform other duties as assigned


Compensation
-Salary depending on experience
-401K after 1 year
-Health insurance


Monday - Friday; 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
