ENS SECURITY : Looking for Entry Level & Experienced Sales for Wholesale Distribution Company
We are seeking ambitious, customer-focused Account Managers to join our team. The Account Manager will be responsible for continued growth and development of our customer accounts. Build high level relationships and understand customers’ businesses to provide solutions that exactly meet their needs. We provide a variety of training programs to help you get started. Our compensation is salary-based, with commission and possible monthly bonus earning.
Build prospect clients with sales calls, emails, networking and tradeshow events;
Manage existing accounts, provide customer with required product information, quotations and inquires;
Create, process and finalizing sales order, new account application and perform post-sale services.
Continually enhance selling skills, product, technology, application, and industry knowledge;
Develop and maintain communication with new and current channel partners in order to facilitate sales – serving as the primary point of contact for the channel;
Expand market share via new business development and customer care programs;
Assist Operations and Administration departments with project organization and client expectations;
Assist Technical Support and Shipping Departments.
Associate Degree or equivalent surveillance industry experience.
B2B Telemarketing or Electronic sales experience preferred;
Proficient with computers and Windows based applications;
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, deal-closing skills over the phone and in person.
Able to learn and adapt to industry trends and market activities.
Ability to manage priorities, multi-task, and keep track of sales activities in a fast-paced environment.
Self-motivated, result driven.
