Position: P&C Insurance Underwriter – Entry Level
• Compensation : $55,000~$70,000/Yr
Main Responsibilities:
• Evaluate new business, policy changes, and renewal accounts working within specified guidelines to make decisions and knowingly take risk.
• Rate, quote, and bind risk based on acceptability, coverage, and pricing of small, middle renewals and new business.
• Underwrite terms and conditions and establish pricing for new and renewal business by gathering, reviewing, and analyzing account information.

Position: P&C Insurance Underwriter – Experienced
• Compensation : $65,000~$100,000/Yr
Main Responsibilities:
• Participates in / performs activities related to risk selection / rejection, pricing, retention, growth and profitability per divisional objectives.
• Use independent judgment and initiative to support business goals.
• Order and screen miscellaneous reports needed in the rating and underwriting processes, such as Motor Vehicle reports, loss history reports, credit checks, outside inspections, loss control, etc.
• Participates in visiting agents, brokers and producers with a more senior underwriter and learns to retain existing accounts, build and maintain business relationships and develop new opportunities in support of divisional objectives.

Position: P&C Insurance Underwriting Intern (Part-time)
• Compensation : $18.00~$20.00/hour
DB Insurance Internship Program is designed to provide real-world work experience in the functions and responsibilities of P&C Insurance Underwriting. This part-time intern position will have fixed work hours based on availability and schedules.
Main Responsibilities:
• Conduct insurance market research
• Perform scenario-based premium testing for IT system upgrades
• Gather data needed for rate changes, such as the number of buildings and co-op status, by reviewing policy documents or using Google Maps

Position: P&C Insurance Product Analyst
• Compensation : $55,000~$70,000/Yr
Main Responsibilities:
• Analyze submissions from agents or existing book of business and cooperate with management for strategic solutions.
